Game Outlast 2 is a sequel to the previous games series, Outlast. You will play Blake Langermann, a cameraman working with his wife, Lynn. Similar to the first Outlast, Langermann can perform several scenes, such as running, jumping, ducking, climbing, hiding in lockers, and others. At the beginning of the story, Blake and Lynn are in a helicopter but suddenly their helicopter falls. Upon awakening, Langermann looks for his wife Lynn around the helicopter but is not found.
