commentshow to install the update?I had install the old update 3.1.7 normally but the new update said me reinstall the superior drummer 3,i make first the update 3.2.3 after the patch but nothing

1. Open and install on Superior_Drummer_MAC_323.dmg
2. install Superior Drummer v3.2.3 patch.pkg
3. Done
nothing said me the same ,quit this superior drummer 3 and reinstall it again

ReplyI have no problem installing. Try to delete everything related to sd3 first. then reinstall sd3 v3.1.7 then update to v3.2.3
are you using Catalina os?maybe the new update it is not working with Catalina

Replycan you help me ,how to do this step by step?I found this , For those having problems with standalone not opening - error stating plugin cannot be found and please reinstall superior drummer 3: paste in terminal - this is assuming you installed in default location - works perfectly now

ReplyI'm having problems installing on windows. After I installed the update I try to open the plugin on Reaper and it says that the resources are on 3.2.3 but the plugin is on 3.1.7. What did I do wrong?

Replycheck location vst v3.1.7 is the same as when updating to v3.2.3. otherwise it will not replace v3.1.7

ReplyHello! Here's my problem. With older versions of SD3, I was able to install the software on my old computer. I remember all those steps made it complicated, but somehow, I always managed to do it. This time, on a new laptop (Legion 7, 32Gb, Win 10), I just can't make sense out of it.
Reply1- I prepare the folder with the 150 sound files (Am I doing it right? Somehow, the content of the SDX Core Basic Sound Library is not the same with the one in the video... I mean, I can reach the folder named Part1, but then, there are two SL-SuperiorDrummer3 folders in it. One in the folder Part1 and one in the Content folder of the folder named Part1. One has 15 files in it, the other none. In the video, you point to the one under Content. Mine is the empty one...). Would it be possible to get a new tutorial, using the most recent files for installing Superior Drummer 3? When I follow all the steps, as it is shown in the latest video, it is not working for me. I downloaded all the files twice to make sure, but that is not the problem.
2- I install version 3.1.7 (and tick everything but portable version).
3- I install version 3.2.3 (same).
4- Then, I apply 1.2.0 patch. NOT WORKING! The installer for the patch runs, but I get an error message saying some files could not be updated. And that is as far as it goes.
The new tuto could be something like (with text on screen): first step for this reason. Second step for that reason, then third step like this because of... etc.
It would help a lot. I will include this in my letter to Santa.

For all Content Library everything is the same as the video, Try checking again on SL-Superiordrummer 3 there are 2 pieces, check both. where in one of the SL-Superiordrummer 3 there will be data as in the video. If you've installed it before and it worked, you should be able to easily if you reinstall from scratch.
Replyif your installer is v3.1.7 or later. you only install vst sd3, not libray sd3.
Make sure you download all the library content.
