Sick 7: Voices of the Dead with 8753 unique sounds is a real monster! This final volume of our horror and suspense series combines everything with a whole new set of creature and human voices, creepy industrial percussion, and a fresh supply of atmospheric horror and anxiety sound design elements.
This huge collection features 6 unique creatures and 5 classic human NPCs (“non-playable characters”) voiced in soundbanks organized into 38 event categories, each with a wide range of alternative RRs and style variations to choose from. It has everything you need, including screaming, choking, falling, hitting, growling, breathing, jumping, laughing, and more. Sounds are ideal for use in horror and action movies, movies, advertisements and animation.
The percussion features 27 deep, resonant metal articulations, from rusty clanging of anchors and steel gongs to squeaking hinges and loud door slams. We are masters of "epic" sound, but sometimes you want something that just floats in the air with warmth and resonance. To do this, you need to get up close and record softer dynamics to bring out the complex sustain key. We wanted to convey that tense, intimate and ominous feeling in this industrial percussion ensemble, so we worked with bare hands and boots on site in various abandoned bunkers and recorded right at the point of impact to fully immerse ourselves in the atmosphere and deeper vibrations as they pass through the inner depths of these abandoned and decaying relics of past wars.
To create atmospheric and tonal instrumental content, we decided to play a little and get weird. We've put together a huge assortment of creatures to create the "Choir Of The Dead" refrain and 13 different chromatic creature whistles / screams. You will also find various cacophonies of people and creatures, as well as soundscapes recorded in the bunkers. These elements are ideal for game and animation soundtracks, commercials, and other fun and / or weird situations that busy media composers, sound engineers, and re-recording mixers tend to encounter frequently. Most importantly, all samples are fully available as 24 bit 48 kHz WAV files for use in any software or hardware environment you desire.
