What’s new in V5:
New
• Added options to the CCC command-line utility to enable and disable tasks
• A “single space” element was added to the customization pad of the main window toolbar; added “single space” and “flexible space” elements to the customization palette of the preferences window toolbar

Changed
• If the source or destination volume has been converted to an encrypted format, as it was originally specified that volume as the origin or destination of a CCC task, CCC is now in charge of the change with more grace; When selecting the affected task, CCC will now recognize that the volume is encrypted and will request a password
• Guided restoration is no longer offered if the relevant task that has a backup CCC volume is titled “Restore from {source name}”; this avoids a potentially confusing situation in which CCC offers a guided restore immediately after restarting your Mac from a restored volume

Fixed
• Fixed a minor user interface anomaly in the task filter window and in the main window
• Fixed a blockage that could occur when changing the name of a task, resulting in a change in its order
• Fixed a user interface failure affecting Yosemite users in which the progress indicator of the mini-task progress window would disappear when the window was resized
• Fixed an issue where CCC presented the problem Incorrect error message when the user provided the wrong password for the administrator account on a remote Mac
• Resolved a blockage that could occur when opening the task filter window with a remote Macintosh source volume
