While other DAWs on the market may seem unwieldy in comparison, Ableton Live's interface is very intuitive to use. If you find that the complex interfaces of other DAWs are illogical and unreasonable, the simplicity and elegance of Ableton Live will definitely be a reason for you to at least give it a try, and eventually, maybe switch completely to Ableton.

Installation
1. Install the program by running Ableton Live 11 Suite Installer.exe
2. Copy the Ableton Live 11 Suite.exe file from the Patched folder and paste it with the replacement into the program folder (C:\ProgramData\Ableton\Live 11 Suite\Program)
3. Run the program, in the window that appears, click on the "no Internet connection on this computer" button
4. In the next window, select: save the instruction with the hardware code
5. Run Ableton_KeyGen.exe as administrator from the distribution, paste the code from the saved instruction into the appropriate field and click on the Generate button. A license file will be generated, which must be saved to the slave. table.
Next, drag and drop the license file into the authorization window.
Be sure to turn off automatic updates in the Ableton settings!

Toontrack - Superior Drummer v3.3.1 Update (June 2022)

Adding or deleting the VST 3 plug-in in Cakewalk could cause a crash.
In REAPER on Windows, it should now be possible to drag MIDI from DAW tracks (by holding ctrl+alt) directly to the plug-in.

Song Track
Recording MIDI while having the Grid Editor open caused a crash.

Edit Play Style
In the context menu for instruments in Edit Play Style, the quantize options for triplets and 1/32 did not quantize correctly.
Changing velocity in Edit Play Style and then selecting another song block should no longer cause a crash.

Drum Tab
Fixed a potential crash when previewing hi-hats from another library.
It should no longer crash if you try to stack instruments and SD3 reaches the internal limit for number of mics. Instead of a dialog is shown.

Grooves Tab
The internal MIDI database change that happened in version 3.3.0 would delete all databases for user-added MIDI libraries as well as all favorite marks (stars) in them. Now when such upgrades are performed (for example from 3.2.8 to 3.3.1), all those libraries and the favorites should be preserved.
The e-drum preset indicator was never shown on third-party MIDI folders (those that have been installed in the same location as Toontrack MIDI libraries).

Grooves Tab
In Tap2Find, “Quantize” has been renamed to “Resolution” and a “Swing/Triplets” header has been added in the menu.
bandmates
The text has changed in the main Bandmate drop zone to emphasize that audio files with distortion, for example, may not produce optimal results.
“Swing/Triplet” was changed to “Swing/Triplets” in the Filters menu.BUG FIXES
General
Loading the plug-in in Cakewalk could cause a crash.
Pop/Rock EZX was not shown with the new graphics with larger background.
The ride in Americana EZX did not look right at 70% scale.
When an EZX is loaded and is missing drum graphics, an alert is now shown to inform that the EZX needs to be updated or reinstalled.
In REAPER on Windows, it should now be possible to drag MIDI from DAW tracks (by holding ctrl+alt) directly to the plug-in.
In Studio One, it was not always possible to drag audio (of supported formats) from DAW tracks to the plug-in. (PreSonus Audioloop/Musicloop is still not supported.)
Trying to load an EZX (or a project that uses that EZX) which has no drum graphics (and thus needs to be updated or reinstalled) should no longer cause a crash.
Song Track
Recording MIDI while having the grid editor open caused a crash.
Drum Tab
When previewing an instrument, the first hit would sometimes get the wrong pitch.
Previewing hi-hats from another library would sometimes cause a crash.
Grooves Tab
The e-drum preset indicator was never shown on third-party MIDI folders (those that have been installed in the same location as Toontrack MIDI libraries).
Grid Editor
The Humanize on/off state was not saved in projects.
The Humanize on/off state was reset when a different EZX was loaded.
When Humanize is off, the previous bar is no longer used as template for velocities when notes are inserted.

Presenting a collection of thin, sparse, soft and mature sounding kits, the Singer-Songwriter EZX is a tribute to just that. Welcome to the epitome of a bespoke drum library for any selective songwriter who finds the gritty, unbridled voice of a drum kit as much a storyteller as the song itself.


Singer-Songwriter EZX was recorded in a selected room, relatively small and transparent, to ensure minimal environmental coloration. In total, it includes five complete sets recorded with sticks, as well as one configuration and several additional instruments sampled with brushes. To paint the broadest picture possible, each set has been hand-picked for its contrasting qualities, character and tonal complexity.
